In the Cash Register

Easily and automatically redeem rewards from inside the register. If a customer is eligible for one of your loyalty programs, their information will be automatically displayed in the Loyalty section of the Customer Tab.

You say it’s your birthday?

Birthday Rewards are automatically synced to customer accounts, so you don’t have to look up their birthday to validate the reward. On the order pane, a cute gift icon will appear if the customer has a birthday reward waiting for them.

Punch away!

Enable automated punch card programs through Pose, so your customers can ditch the cardboard punch cards. Opt to display the punches directly on the receipts, so they can keep track of how many punches they have.

Set loyalty discounts per customer, customer group, special event, or if you’re just feeling generous. You can quickly view customer transaction history, determine shopping habits, and assign a loyalty discount, all directly at the checkout.

Easily set the timeframe for your customers to redeem Birthday Rewards for the day, week, or month of their special day. After setting the time validation, go ahead and give them the reward type of your choice. Whether it’s a special item, discount, or set your own custom gift.

Knock em’ dead with a punch card

Keep them coming back! With Pose punch cards you can choose 5 or 10 purchases to redeem for a reward, as well as the requirements to earn each punch. You can choose to reward your customers for any purchase, a specific item, category, or manually, whatever will make their hearts happy.

These are special discounts for special customers. Here you can set individual programs and attach them to specific customers in the Pose POS Management System or during checkout. Discounts can be based on whatever you choose, such as: occupation (i.e. Teacher Discount) or even location (Neighborhood Discount) to increase customer loyalty and store marketing efforts.
